I managed to go for a skate on the weekend :D.
My back was still really stiff and my neck wasn't in a good way ether, but I managed to get down to the skate park with Nick. I didn't skate for long, even though I was on a concoction of pain killers and anti inflamatory my back was still giving me grief every time I jerked my skateboard around for the 180 like in the video below. But I did manage to land the trick, it was pretty sloppy but still better than the one in the video. Unfortunately I didn't get and footage or photos because it was dark and the camera was expensive to be bringing to a skate park at night and we forgot about it completely :
But I will try to get a photo at least for my next post.
I am going to try and learn to blunt by my next post and Ill tell you how it goes :)
pce out ::))

I wasn't able to get down to the skate park this weekend, nor was i able to go for a skate.
I hurt my back on Saturday morning at rugby and spent all Saturday in hospital and the rest of the weekend lying around the house with a stiff back and neck.
Hopefully I will be fit to go skating in a few days, so I will get back to you when that time comes.

This is my third post and i still haven't got a solid subject for my blog.
So, my mum pointed out that I don't go skating as much as I used to. So I went out for a skate the other day and I'm a bit rusty but got back into it pretty quick, but there is a few new tricks I want to learn, so I'm going to blog about my progress in that.
I am most keen on vert skating so most of the stuff I do will be at a skate park.
The first thing i want to perfect is 180 to tail stall, there is a sketchy video below (the best i could find but that is essentially it).
I have pulled it off a few times but i want to get it perfect, ill write about my progress and maybe even get a video up if I can figure out how.

so this is my second post.
It is Friday last period, and I'm pretty exited for the weekend :)
Nothing out of the ordinary happened this week so far, I had work Monday night and Thursday night and went to school every day.
There was one major disruption in my life this week tho, my mode of transport, my outlet for stress, my life line, one of my most important possessions, my long board is injured.
Skating home from work on Monday night, just over half way my skate board grinds to a halt, but i continue going down the hill and then soon hit the ground, after a spectacular roll and stack I pull myself up off the ground, dust myself off and go to grab my skateboard. I thought I had hit a stick or a rock or something so I get on my skate board and start to push, but I go nowhere.
I looked at the rear left wheel and the bearing is striped, the protective cover is gone some of the ball bearings are missing and there is no grease, it is as dry as a bone.
So my long board is unusable because of one bearing, one of eight. Bearings only come in sets of eight and a good set is about $90. I really don't want to spend that much money because of one bearing, but i guess that's Murphy's law. So i have been walking to and from work and I will be until i manage so find a spare $90 or so.
So that was the excitement of my week so far.
Have a nice weekend

I have no idea what to blog about , so I am going to write about my week end.
On Friday I went to school. Nothing really interesting happened, just a normal day at school.
After school I went home, got my stuff ready and skated to work. Yet again a very average shift at work, but just as iI finished and was about to lock the door, my friend Brodie called me and told me to come over to Nicks house. I locked the door grabbed my skateboard and skated from O'Connor through Kardinya, through Willagee and to Melville. It was a pretty epic journey for 10.30 on a freezing Friday night.
When I got there I was freezing cold, puffing and stunk of subway, I walk in to be greeted by Brodie, Nick, and guy named Paul that i had never met (i soon discovered he was very openly homosexual). Before I even put my bag and skate board down they offer me a drink and we go outside. We sat outside talking for ages then went inside and made "mi gorang". Then went outside and talked some more, it was so funny and Paul was hilarious.
At about 1.30 am I managed to bring myself to gather up my things, grab my skateboard and begin to skate home. The skate home was interesting, nearly 2 o'clock Saturday morning in Willagee there was allot of tires screeching and burnout marks, not a place a 16 year old on a skateboard wants to be in the middle of the night, so I took a detour through some unknown small back streets and a large park, i eventually made it home had a shower and went to bed.
Saturday I woke up "feeling like a million dollars" got ready for rugby and headed down to the game, it was a good game and we won :).
Once we got home I got a call from Peirce asking me to come to the city. I gathered my bag and skateboard and headed out the door to the bus stop. It was destined to be a good day, the bus came as soon as I got to the bus stop, the train came as soon as i got to the "traino", when i got into the city I saw my friend Angie, a few minutes later Peirce calls me and tells me he is in the city, and about 10 minutes later Mazza calls me and tells me he is in to. We meet up and our day is under way.

Peirce :D
We hung out in the city for a while and then headed back to my house, but halfway home I get a call from my mate Harry, we turn around and head back to the city, we met up with him and chilled for a little wile then retried heading home again. We succeeded.
We made some food and chilled at my house for a while. Then decided we where board and to go for a walk down to Kardy Park, we thought we came this far why not keep walking and see what happens, quite a while later we head back to mine. We made some more "Easy Mac" and crashed like a couple of logs.
Sunday we got up, me and Peirce made some breakfast and we all headed off. Mazza walked off home and me and Peirce walked to Nicks place for a short while. I later walked Peirce down to the bus stop and i went home and grabbed my skate board. I skated back up to Nicks, and we went into Fremantle. We where there for just a couple of hours, we piled back into the bus home, we got off at Nicks I grabbed my skate board and skated home again.
And that was the entirety of my weekend
I hope you enjoyed my first blog
